Edited to add: I kept second guessing myself so I asked Fraction to pick. He chose the cobalt blue. Also: if you want to feel your age you should TOTALLY shop for a special occasion dress at the mall during PROM SEASON.He chose well. The Cobalt dress is awesome on you.
